We are looking for a Research Associate to join our Research team based in Sofia.
 
Purpose of Role: 
 
Provide high-value content to the customers by conducting research, preparing sources of data and filling in a data entry system.  
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Conducts research and handles sources of data for entry by compiling and sorting information according to pre-defined priorities
  • Implements data entry requirements according to pre-defined company standards and procedures
  • Records data via a software data entry application, structures information and resolves processing problems 
  • Protects the organization's values by adhering to the company’s information management and confidentiality standards
  • Performs all other tasks, assigned by the line manager and according to the employee’s qualification and responsibilities
  • Responsible for observing the internal labour regulations in adherence to the standards, rules and regulations for healthy and safe working conditions of the company
  • Informs immediately and supports the employer or the functionaries in case of an emergency, which could be dangerous for personal health or the health of all the employees 
 
Skills & Requirements:
 
  • Student or Degree holder in Law, International Relations, or Political Sciences
  • Good understanding of basic financial concepts
  • Proficient knowledge of written English (Level C2)and one more language
  • Affinity to media and politics
  • Sound research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in co-operation with fellow team members
  • Strong time management skills
